Where this applies, Computerko Limited may act as:
a direct supplier of goods or services;
a managed service provider;
a commercial coordinator;

  • a reseller or intermediary for third-party goods or platforms; or
  • a support and escalation point within a wider service chain.

Computerko Limited currently uses or may use third-party providers in the following areas:

This provider model may change from time to time in line with operational, commercial, service, technical, regulatory, or customer requirements.

7. What Computerko Limited does
Where third-party dependencies exist, Computerko Limited may:

  • select and engage providers considered appropriate for the relevant service;
  • coordinate orders, fulfilment, provisioning, and administration;
  • configure, manage, or support services built on third-party systems;
  • provide first-line commercial or service coordination where applicable;
  • escalate issues to relevant third-party providers where needed;
  • review providers and service arrangements periodically;
  • seek alternative providers or solutions where commercially and operationally appropriate; and
  • communicate with customers regarding the status of third-party dependent services where reasonable to do so.

8. What remains outside our direct control

Although Computerko Limited may manage, support, coordinate, or resell services involving third-party providers, we do not own or control those third-party systems or organisations.

Accordingly, certain matters may remain outside our direct control, including:

  • third-party stock availability;
  • manufacturer lead times;
  • third-party service outages;
  • cloud platform incidents;
  • payment platform issues;
  • domain registration delays or registry-level restrictions;
  • email service interruptions outside our own systems;
  • warranty handling by manufacturers or warranty issuers;
  • third-party pricing changes;
  • third-party policy, product, or platform changes;
  • third-party support response times; and
  • changes imposed by external providers, infrastructure owners, registries, or finance providers.

9. Service availability and continuity

Where a service depends on a third-party platform or provider, availability and continuity may be affected by matters outside Computerko Limited’s direct control.
Computerko Limited will use reasonable efforts to:

  • monitor and manage services under our responsibility;
  • coordinate with relevant providers where issues arise;
  • escalate issues where appropriate;
  • communicate material service impacts where reasonable; and
  • support practical recovery, workaround, or alternative arrangements where available.

However, Computerko Limited does not guarantee uninterrupted performance, availability, continuity, or functionality of any third-party service, platform, infrastructure, or provider.

Where goods are sourced through third-party distributors, wholesalers, or supply partners:

  • availability may be subject to third-party stock levels and lead times;

  • substitutions, shortages, or delays may occur;
  • shipment and delivery arrangements may depend on third-party logistics or fulfilment partners; and
  • product lifecycle, discontinuation, or specification changes may be determined by manufacturers or upstream suppliers.

Computerko Limited will seek to manage and communicate these matters appropriately, but cannot guarantee availability or delivery outcomes where dependent on third-party supply chains.
11. Payments and finance-supported services

Where payments are processed using third-party payment processors or direct debit providers, those providers may operate their own systems, controls, terms, and availability standards.

Where DaaS, TaaS, or other services rely on third-party finance brokers or finance-supported arrangements:

  • approval decisions;
  • documentation requirements;
  • underwriting criteria;
  • timelines; and
  • finance-related terms

may be influenced or controlled by the relevant finance provider or intermediary.

Computerko Limited does not guarantee finance approval or the independent performance of any third-party finance provider.

Where domains, hosting, cloud infrastructure, or communications services are delivered through or supported by third-party providers:

  • service availability may depend on third-party platform performance;
  • platform features may be subject to change;
  • external incidents or maintenance may affect service continuity; and

access, routing, registry, DNS, or infrastructure issues may arise outside Computerko Limited’s direct control.
Computerko Limited may manage or support these services, but does not guarantee the independent performance of external domain, infrastructure, hosting, cloud, or communications providers.
13. Warranty, repairs, and manufacturer processes

Product warranties are generally provided by the relevant manufacturer or warranty issuer.

Customers are expected to follow the relevant manufacturer or warranty provider process as the first point of support where applicable.

Where a valid warranty has been purchased and the warranty issuer or manufacturer fails to fulfil its obligations, Computerko Limited may provide reasonable assistance, escalation, and, where appropriate, propose an alternative resolution at its discretion.
Computerko Limited does not guarantee the performance, response time, or outcome of any independent manufacturer or warranty issuer process.
14. Third-party changes
Third-party providers may change their:
pricing;
features;
service terms;
support models;
product availability;
platform controls;
technical requirements; or
compliance and operational processes
without Computerko Limited having the ability to prevent such changes.
Where such changes materially affect a service provided to a customer, Computerko Limited may take reasonable steps to assess the impact and determine whether an operational, commercial, or technical response is required.
15. Customer responsibilities

  • reviewing and understanding the scope of the goods or services they order;
  • complying with applicable third-party terms where relevant;
  • providing accurate order, billing, delivery, and service information;

Where there is any conflict between this policy and a specific signed contract or the applicable Terms of Sale, the relevant contractual document shall take precedence.

17. Limitation of interpretation

Nothing in this policy should be interpreted as:

  • granting any direct right against a third-party provider;
  • replacing any warranty, contract, or third-party service terms;
  • creating any guarantee of third-party performance;

expanding Computerko Limited’s liability beyond the applicable contract; or

  • reducing any customer obligations under a separate commercial agreement.

Computerko Limited may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in:
third-party providers;
service models;
